With Nectar Food, I engage your senses through creative caterings, recipe development,
food styling, workshops and retreats. I combine elements from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Raw Food and fine dining cuisine with New Nordic and Japanese influences. Fresh, seasonal and local with a touch of exotic flavours and a little edgy.

As a holistic chef, I always say the following: "I don't feed people, I nourish them".  I combine inspiring recipes with solid knowledge about nutrition. My recipes are highly seasonal, honoring the abundance of what nature has to offer. From indulging buffets to fine dining plates. I work together with local organic farmers to get my hands on the best produce.

If you are organising a private event, dinner party, press launch, intimate wedding or family gathering, I'm happy to serve your guests some soulful plates, from abundant buffets to fine dining experiences. I prefer a plant based and seasonal approach during my caterings and - if necessary- work creatively around any special requirements such as intolerances.

If you are hosting a yoga retreat, surf retreat or any other mindful getaway - anywhere in the world-, I'm happy to provide all the guests with nourishing meals influenced by the season and retreat location.

food styling & photography

In search of someone who can cook, style, (and shoot) your recipes or products in a beautiful setting? I make sure the photos for your book, magazines, website,... look mouthwatering and original. I shy away from classic food styling and too many props. I search for the essence of the setting and make the subject the hero. I prefer to work with local ceramists and textile designers to create an original and tangible scene.

I develop recipes for magazines, organic stores, blogs,... and always try to incorporate the holistic approach. I'm sure we can work something out and cater to your vision or product.
