Food for Fieldtrips

Together with Kim from the Fieldwork, we hosted a fun interactive workshop around food for fieldtrips. Based on the science of vegan sports nutrition, I created some recipes that will fuel and recover your body on the right timing, that are easy to take with you on a surf trip or hike (including some life hacks for camping) and how to do so in the most sustainable way. We collaborated with Klean Kanteen so that every participant could go home with a sustainable insulated bottle

Het Natuurhuis

I created some recipes for Het Natuurhuis, a family business with two organic stores in Antwerp, that has been around for decades. As part of their rebranding, I provided pictures and recipes for the blog and the monthly recipes were sold in the deli-counter in their stores.

Brekkie talks - Jackie Bohème

Jackie Bohème was founded by Ellen Wauters, a nomad in heart and soul. The Brekkie Talks provide energy and balance for a new day. During a delicious vegan breakfast that’s bursting with flavour, guests discuss relevant issues and connect with a small group of like-minded people.

On the menu: high vibrational granola, matcha panna cotta with fermented coconut & berries, beetroot miso tartare, homemade gluten free bread, green juice and adaptogenic moon mylk
