Resident chef at Maison Jackie

Maison Jackie is housed in the former monastery of the last sisters of Niel. The strongly female, spiritual energy the sisters left behind has been deliberately translated into a soulful guest house and event space. As resident chef, I cater all the events, provide lunch during meetings and workshops and serve the guests a luxurious breakfast.

When Anja and I found each other on Instagram, I fell in love with her ceramics. Beautifully, soulfully and organically executed with a hint of minimalism. It was a pleasure shooting with some of her pieces

Food for Fieldtrips

Together with Kim from the Fieldwork, we hosted a fun interactive workshop around food for fieldtrips. Based on the science of vegan sports nutrition, I created some recipes that will fuel and recover your body on the right timing, that are easy to take with you on a surf trip or hike (including some life hacks for camping) and how to do so in the most sustainable way. We collaborated with Klean Kanteen so that every participant could go home with a sustainable insulated bottle

Het Natuurhuis

I created some recipes for Het Natuurhuis, a family business with two organic stores in Antwerp, that has been around for decades. As part of their rebranding, I provided pictures and recipes for the blog and the monthly recipes were sold in the deli-counter in their stores.
