For the Summer Solstice gathering of The Place, I created an abundant buffet themed "Summer is a flavour". 

 

On the menu 

  • Homemade kombucha

  • solar plexus butternut hummus

  • heirloom tomato w/ preserved lemon & green pesto

  • Melon w/ crispy sage

  • Roasted fingerling potatoes w/ capers and green herbs

  • Eggplant, white bean, shiso

  • Lavender & white peach cheesecake
